- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive pricing that's fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet the customer at their house for a estimate and then we go inside the crawlspace or basement depending on the job, we take pictures of the area, then we discuss the things we've seen. We usually will have a price and a starting date (if it works for the customer) within the day of the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in this business for going on 3 years and have worked for a big company that taught us most of what we know now.
