FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
North Carolina notary fees are charged in accordance with state law. Travel, printing, after-hours appointments, process serving, courier services, court runs, and other specialty document services are quoted separately based on the assignment, location, and requirements. Pricing is provided before services are confirmed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients contact me with their document or service needs, location, and preferred timeframe. I review the assignment, confirm requirements and provide a quote before accepting the job. Whether the request involves notarization, process serving, document delivery, or courthouse services, I provide clear communication and professional documentation from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and bring more than 15 years of healthcare experience to my work. I am a commissioned North Carolina Notary Public and trained Loan Signing Agent (LSA), with experience handling real estate and loan document packages. I carry $100,000 in E&O insurance and maintain continuing education in notarial practices, loan signings, and professional document services.
