- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing more on where you live than the work involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak on the phone first, and set-up a convenient place to meet for an interview. I would like to meet your pet at this meeting. If you are uncomfortable with me coming to your home, then please bring your pet with you. We can meet in a parking lot somewhere close to a public place. Thank you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I was raised on a farm and have taken care of animals, since I was a child. I like dogs and cats, and I don't mind feeding your fish. I don't like reptiles or spiders, so please move on to someone else if you want the slithering or crawling pets taken care of.
