I can tell a lot about the quality of someone’s work by the way they organize their business and public relations. In my opinion this company was tops! They responded immediately to my request and scheduled a phone call to discuss what I needed. They then considered my needs and sent me a proposal and the cost for their services. My project needed a quick turn around time so they planned to send three people. The cost proposed seemed very fair and was acceptable to me. In the end, I decided I needed to scale back my project for the time being and didn’t use their services. Even though I wasn’t able to use them this time, I hope to in the future because I believe they are effective, communicative, and very organized — perfect attributes in a home organizer business.

Velvet & Ashe hosted my 60th Birthday Bash. They thought of everything. Things I would have never thought of. From having professional cosmetologists come to my home to give facials for me and my friends and family. Manicures and pedicures were also arranged. Food trays to satisfy our appetites, wine to keep us relaxed. All of this was even before the party. The party itself was very professional, fun, punctual, lots of food, drinks, Photo Booth, candy table, DJ, live entertainment as well. I will never forget how they went well beyond anything I would have expected. Thanks V&A for pouring your hearts into that weekend. If I could give you 100 stars I would.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step in our process is the consultation which can happen in phone or in person. This consultation helps us define your project. Afterwards we will follow up with additional questions and start building out the phases of your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a combination of education and experience that spans from UNC-Greensboro, UNC-Chapel Hill to SUNY Oswego with degrees in business, women's studies, journalism, and education. We share 25+ years of combined experience in project management, implementation, sales and customer support roles.
