- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have determined that you want to work with us we have you sign a contract with a retainer fee equal to 10% of our service fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Hospitality, a Fashion Merchandising degree from the Art Institute of Philadelphia and I have extensive training from the Association of Bridal Consultants.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to plan corporate events when I got laid off and that is when I started Behind The Scenes Inc!
