FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I edit at $9 per page, depending on the level of concern. The price reduces by $2 per page after each revision of the same paper. I do not charge for front and end matter (i.e TOC, Lists of Tables/Figures, Appendices, etc...) Not adding these reduces the quoted price. You will need to email me the document before I can send the invoice for payment. If you wish to utilize my leadership coaching services, the rate per session varies by the length of time services are received and your needs. Message me for more detailed information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For editing, I ask customers to email me their paper to determine an accurate page count. I don't count half pages as full pages. Then I email them the invoice for payment through Square. Editing begins after payment is received. For speaking, training, or coaching, I find out the customers' needs and cater my services based on the best route to help them reach their goals. One-on-one coaching could take place by email, over the phone, virtually, or face-to-face.
