- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2009, I had what turned out to be an allergic reaction to food I had eaten. Upon testing, I found out I was primarily allergic to soy (among a list of others). This allergy was not only a food allergy but a topical allergy that limited my choice in makeup products. I decided to start my own line where I would know all ingredients for myself and my clients. I enjoy the makeover and sometimes makeunder process along with educating my clients on best makeup practices.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions. It is great to ask questions, it ensures you are getting the service you want/need and often can help in negotiation of prices.
