- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base prices cover single pets only. Multiple pets are subject to additional charges. I offer discounts for multiple visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a free meet and greet appointment. This meeting allows us to see how your pet reacts to me before the first visit. This is to confirm that we all can work together to ensure proper care for your home and furry kiddo beforehand. I also have contracts that must be completed before the first visit as well. Once all the paperwork is completed, we would set up the online portal so you can contact me directly for all of you service needs and questions, as well as complete checkups throughout our future visits. Most meet and greets take 30 minutes to an hour to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in a boarding/training/grooming facility for a year now. I’ve been pet sitting off/on for at least 2 years. I have 2 of my own pups, one 7yr and one 4yr.
