Private Chef & Caterer

Introduction: As a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, I have 18 + years of professional experience as a chef owner/operator of a NYC based catering business. My passion is to create food that people love using the best and freshest ingredients available I was known in NY as the king of the 4-hour cocktail party. I specialized in social catering offering heavy butler-passed hors d' oeuvre. I also had a meal delivery program offering healthy delicious dinners dropped at the doors of busy families. I am excited to be bringing my skills and passion to the eastern coastal North Carolina Area.
