- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer a 10.00 discount on your 2nd booking of boarding 2 nights or more and daycare service 2 days or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer I don’t require but a meet and greet is optional at a small fee, then we will discuss your fur baby and their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently finishing my bachelors in healthcare management. I will also be get my certification in dog grooming so that I can provide mobile dog grooming services.
