Ben was very prompt, honest, genuine and his rate very reasonable. My two plumbing leaks in Asheville were not at all complicated repairs and his charge reflected that. He completed them within an hour an a half around a run to the hardware store to make an exchange. Also, he will be able to help me with other various household repairs. I highly recommend Ben. He is most gracious and efficient.

Ben did some work on our shower. He was on time and the job only took about 10 minutes. The price was reasonable for a house call, only $30. However one the problems didn't get fixed as initially thought. Luckily I caught in the parking lot before he left. He came back in and fixed it satisfactorily in just a couple of moments. He seems like he wants to do a good job but he didn't talk unless I started the conversation. I would give him another chance if I required his services.

He serviced a leak at a rental property. He contacted the tenant and scheduled the appointment. Met all expectations.
