- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will not be the cheapest and will not compete on pricing. We pride ourselves in finding the best people to represent and establish the best customer experience. Everyone who works for us goes through extensive background and drug screening. We desire to have our clients to have comfortability before we even arrive. We are also nationally backed, fully insured, and bonded. That does not come without a cost. And, what happens to the client with people that come into their home to work, and they are not carrying insurance. It is not good for any party. We ensure that our people are covered, backed, and that they do not have a history of taking advantage of anyone. Therefore, we are not the cheapest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first professional that will contact the new customer will be the Project Estimator/ Customer Service Manager, which is also currently the owner of the company. The comfort level will be established immediately because the customer will be the focus. After a quotation is accepted, then we will schedule a home technician to come on site to perform the work. All of these individuals will arrive with a professional look and have reliable transportation (typically a company vehicle). The home technician will explain the entire project process again and will stay in constant communication with the client. At the end of the project, the technician will ask for completion approval and ensure satisfaction. That is guaranteed. Upon completion, the client will receive an email or text message with a link to pay for the invoice. We are trying to remain as touchless as possible for the comfortability of the customer.
