- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes all supplies and equipment. An initial 10% discount is available for first time cleanings. We also have relationships with several local apartment and condominium complexes to provide special discounts to their residents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free in-home consultations and estimates for any potential clients in Henderson County and the surrounding area. We also offer phone or FaceTime consultations. During the consultation, we will go over the standard cleaning checklist and discuss any additional services being requested. Because we also use such a wide variety of eco-friendly products, we'll also discuss preferred products and scents, as well as any scent sensitivities or allergen issues that the client may have. After that, all that's left is scheduling a cleaning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Marissa, Founder and Owner: "I'd been working as a teacher in the public school system for several years when I founded A Greener Clean in 2015. Growing up, I'd worked on weekends as a cleaner at a local country club and helped my Mom with her own part-time cleaning business as well. Some people don't like cleaning--as I learned from my college roommates--but I've always enjoyed being able to see the difference before and after a good cleaning. I love making spaces feel fresh, organized, and revived."
