Although everyone was nice, they were late twice and didn't know where anything on the itinerary was, I mostly had to use my phone for directions.

Michelle, we always try to give the service that our customers expect. We regret that you felt that wasn't received. Being on time is one of the requirements of our company. I apologize that we were 5 minutes late on two of the days. However, I hope you will remember on two of the days we went over the agreed time with no extra charge. The locations that were chosen for your photographers was in very difficult mountain areas to access. We certainly in the future will try to provide our service within your expectations.

What types of customers have you worked with?
The Trolley Company offers a wide range of transportation solutions. We can provide a grand coach for your wedding day, shuttle service where parking is limited, airport pickups using vans and Lincoln Town Cars, a fun way to go to any event or just a fun way to to go. Our Lincoln Town Car service is available for Asheville, Greenville, Charlotte and Atlanta airport service. We can accommodate 3 to 300 dependably. We have now added limousines and offer wonderful wine tours. We hope our paths will cross in the near future.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost, make sure they are adequately insured, maintenance records up to date, and all licensing requirements met. If you ask that question and they seem either unsure or miffed that you asked, it would be better to look for another provider. Keep in mind that all transportation is charged from the beginning of the event until the end. It is a good idea to ask for a reference. Be sure that your provider is not using non commercial vehicles that are rented from private companies such as Hertz or Avis. You will not be insured as the policies for those companies state clearly that their vehicles cannot be used for commercial purposes. Also, make sure that you book far enough in advance to ensure you get your preferred vehicle. Our trolleys, as an example are reserved at least 6 months ahead for spring/summer events .
