    James did a great job! Very professional and absolutely knows his work. He always kept us informed of what was going on during the process and what the next step was. He removed one tree and trimmed another larger tree that was very close to the house. He has a great personality and is extremely knowledgeable about trees and landscape. I will absolutely use him again in the future if we need anymore trees taken care of. Thank you James

    We used Thompson Improvements services for Packing/Moving at our apartment. James arrived on time , moved all out stuff to our new house and removed all unwanted stuff to garbage area. They were really professional at their work and carefully handled many boxes. Really a job well done. Would recommend them for anybody who wants their services.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    Most of our customers pay by swipe bank or credit card on the spot or by email once we develope relationship with our customers I prefer to send invoice by email through square payment or swipe on the spot with square payment .Its very secure and their are no fees for the customer .A receipt from Thompson improvements is automatically emailed or sent to customers phone .
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    I greet them in person introduce myself and explain any deals we have in the community and tell them about the services we offer.I try to offer value and price for all our customers and offer options to help with price and or value to the specific project or job.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    Trade classes and learning the skills through working with top construction company's and services in my area .
