- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a free 30 minute over the phone consult I help with contract writing, transaction management from beginning to end If needed I provide remote showings I travel 65 miles or less at no extra charge I consult on vetted vendors I provide resources for property management and short term renting of property while a home is sought I am known as a resource specialist and can share wonderful places to shop, eat, drink and be merry in WNC and beyond Initial phone consult up to 30 minutes is no charge Cost for listing/buying property TBD Add ons: I assist pre listing wise with refreshing the home and staging I also share availability of coming soon, pending, brokers price opinion for all real estate 🏡 options in WNC
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step phone call and just listen, while simultaneously taking copious notes, dialogue ask questions, give feedback on options for what’s expected of me and more Second step time line/countdown backwards from what they want and what’s needed in between Third prep work Fourth help with everything to make the transition smooth, while providing consistent Follow up/follow through Referrals; I’m never too busy for a referral. I’m here for friends, family and more My assistance is life long
