- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard flat rate. I do offer payment plans and I never, ever want final payment until after the event. My job is not done until your event is over; so in my opinion until I’ve completed my work I do not want any final payment to be made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to try and learn about the clients. Small details are important. As soon as I get a grasp for the clients personality I can start envisioning the project. I have an online contact board with my team and my clients. On this board is a list of questions I always ask clients to answer ahead of time. General questions and then more detailed to get a better idea of what they are wanting to help them narrow down their ideas into one fluid “theme”.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work on a political campaign team and I was in charge of all fundraising events.
