I really like my new 6" gutters. Great company and family owned. Did job sooner than expected. Very friendly and courteous staff. Offered a lifetime warranty so I know they stand behind their work. Very satisfied!

Currently waiting for the windows to come in but the purchasing process was great! They didn't try to oversell as I only need 2 windows. A lot of other companies said I had to buy AT LEAST 3. They didn't try to pressure me into a purchase either. It was like a conversation with someone you are just getting to know. Will update after the install.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the highest quality product at the most affordable cost to them. We offer windows that start as low as $249. Because we are a small company, we have a lower over-head than a lot of large companies so we can be very competive in this market. All our windows are custom-made and carry a transferable, manufacturer's lifetime warranty which includes glass breakage and seal failure.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our windows are made-to-order and carry a manufacturer life-time warranty so we like to meet with the customer to evaluate their needs and give them a free, no-obligation quote. We can, however, give a potential customer some idea of costs over the phone. Our pricing is very competitive with all other companies in the area.
