From the call from Rob to the end results were awesome. Luca and Juno arrived to do the job. It was a very difficult job and the ice was so thick that their equipment could not handle. They apologized and said they would come back the next day to do the job with more equipment. The next morning Luca and Michael arrived and started on the job. It was still difficult but they never gave up and in the cold weather and ice and snow mess they persevered and got my driveway to where I could finally get my car out. Michele even drove his car down the driveway to show me. Luca and Michael are very awesome young men very respectful and polite and very determined. I am so please with the service I got from the company and the young men. I would never hesitate to call them again if I needed them. Thank for your service and the fine young men who are an asset to your company. I say a job well done.

Loc Tran and his team did an outstanding job on my kitchen update project. Of the 3 estimates I received when I was searching for a contractor to do the project, Loc's was nearly half the cost of one and while another contractor had a close estimate, Loc's estimate included 8 pages detailing how the expenses were calculated. That level of detail really made the difference for me.
That attention to detail continued throughout the project, and communication was consistent. He provided me with a complete schedule of the work, from demolition, to the addition of the cabinets, counters, flooring, backsplash and painting. Any additions or changes were always discussed with me first for my approval and followed by a change order for me to sign that outlined the change and the cost.
The entire project was completed in about 3 weeks. The time would have been shorter (about 10 days), but there was a delay of about 4 days in the delivery of the cabinets that was NOT the fault of L-Tran. In fact, they actually drove to Tennessee to pick up the cabinets when the delivery company failed to follow through on the numerous delivery dates they provided.
In addition, they saw to it that the floors and walks were padded to protect the house, and they cleaned up all materials, both inside and outside when they were working.
The "before" and "after" pictures I've included are the best evidence I can give of the great work they did. I cannot say enough how pleased I am, and how glad I am that I chose Loc-Tran Contracting, LLC. Loc, Rodolfo, Eric, I appreciate everything you and the team did!

I needed a 45 foot wooden deck built. L-tran gave me a very reasonable quote. They arrived early and were able to get it built in one day! I really enjoyed working with them, so pleasant, very punctual and a great end product that I've gotten a lot of compliments on. Even the physical therapist asked for his contact info to pass along to other patients that need ramps! I highly recommend L-Tran Contracting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which gives me a strong technical foundation in structural systems, load calculations, and problem-solving. Combined with hands-on field experience and being a licensed and insured general contractor, I bring both engineering knowledge and real-world construction expertise to every project.
