FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and clearly outlined in writing before any work begins. As a licensed general contractor, we price based on labor, materials, and scope of work — whether it’s kitchen remodeling, concrete work, framing, deck building, or home additions. We don’t believe in hidden fees. For larger projects, everything is detailed upfront so customers know exactly what they’re paying for. Our focus is long-term quality and value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your goals, budget, and timeline. After reviewing the project — whether it’s a home renovation, room addition, concrete driveway, or deck build — we provide a detailed written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, coordinate materials, and communicate throughout the entire construction process. Our goal is to make your remodeling or building project organized and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which gives me a strong technical foundation in structural systems, load calculations, and problem-solving. Combined with hands-on field experience and being a licensed and insured general contractor, I bring both engineering knowledge and real-world construction expertise to every project. My background in framing, structural work, concrete, remodeling, and project management allows me to approach residential construction with both precision and practicality. We also stay up to date with local building codes and inspection requirements to ensure every project is safe, compliant, and built to last.
