There are a number of facets to what I do that go beyond what many other WordPress designers produce. My sites are very solid site technically. It upsets me to see sites that are produced from hacked commercial themes that oftentimes are not supported, that quickly become obsolete and conflict with other essential code. I build what are called 'child themes" off of the default WordPress theme, making as little alteration to structural code as possible, while still producing whatever 'look' is desired. This is coding that can be altered as needed because I truly understand it and am in control of it, and it's an approach that easily adapts to the future - future compatibility. I offer a sound investment in your web design dollars. It's very easy to 'sell' someone on a site that is already out-of-date when 'new,' that will be useless in a year or two. That makes no sense and is really taking advantage of a client's faith.
So my 'mechanical' sense is sound, well above the average WordPress customizing designer. In addition, I'm an artist. My visual design sense is strong, I'm expert with Photoshop and can create an attractive, professional appearing site. I"m also a published author and editor and can assist in the production of content. I've been in this field since Day One, have a breadth of knowledge on the industry, and many relationships with professionals who have specialized in other areas of internet marketing that are crucial to success.
I love creative challenges. I love honing my skills to produce more and more cleanly coded sites, 'less is more,' I love writing and strategizing marketing approaches. I love meeting new clients and getting to know them by way of our work together.
