- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are based on two pricing systems. 1. We charge by the hour. 90$ an hour with no site fee. If the project exceeds the time needed or the issue becomes complicated we do set flat rates (example would be a virus issue that is resolved then we discover the HDD is bad and a reload was required instead.) 2. We sell a block of time in the form of a contract. This contract is not binding but requires us to meet the demands with your company that are stated within the contract. With blocks of time the cost is also decreased.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Website Design, Server maintenance, Product replacement and upgrades, Network Audits, Reloads, New Employee Preparation, Virus removal, Software installation/setup Being a Consultant we have a wide range of solutions. We currently handle businesses between 1-2 employees to 50 workstations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be prepared. Our solutions are to grow our clients. If your wanting to grow are tools will push you forward. With Minimized downtime and after hours projects we can change your business overnight.
