I cannot say enough about how AMAZING MGT Contractors LLC are. Shaun is absolutely the best! I could not have asked for a better professional contractor to do the work I needed done but I will say he is an even better person. He has a family business and his children that work with him are just as professional. They do amazing work with great quality. I would highly recommend them for all your concrete needs. Couldn’t be happier with the work Shaun and his team did. They took time to make sure the job was done right. When the third party concrete supplier had a price hike, he took a different approach and chose to make the job harder on him and his team instead of passing excess charges onto me.

I’m very happy with the concrete work completed by Shaun and his team! Extremely thoughtful, professional, high quality and a great guy! I had a 38’ sidewalk and pad poured. The work was better than perfect. They utilized my driveway to complete the work. When finished, they pressure washed the entire driveway and street in front to make it cleaner than it was before. I really enjoyed having them work on my project and be around my home. I highly recommend them and their work! I even paid over the estimate because of their work ethic and professional approach to everything!

Shaun and his crew did an awesome job on my concrete sidewalk and steps. Looks beautiful, I'm very pleased. Their estimate was more than the others I got, but they were well worth paying more. The only problem with this company is communication. They for certain could improve in this area.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We talk with the customer and discuss all expectations in detail so that there's no confusion, therefore there will be a very clear and precise explanation on the cost to do the job. We always want you to feel confident that you are getting your money's worth. MGT guarantees all price quotes to be fair and comparable to any other quote you have received as long as we are comparing ALL aspects involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential customer contacts us to inquire about a task they want completed, I, as the owner of the company, meet with the prospective customer. The customer and myself will have an in depth conversation about the overall expectation(s), end result that the customer wants to achieve, etc. We will then provide a written quote with all the details included for the customer to review. If any changes need to be made, we will amend the quote accordingly but you will always have a descript quote of the project, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college education and have been operating heavy equipment for many years. Not only do I operate heavy machinery...I am able to repair all of them.
