- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We talk with the customer and discuss all expectations in detail so that there's no confusion, therefore there will be a very clear and precise explanation on the cost to do the job. We always want you to feel confident that you are getting your money's worth. MGT guarantees all price quotes to be fair and comparable to any other quote you have received as long as we are comparing ALL aspects involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential customer contacts us to inquire about a task they want completed, I, as the owner of the company, meet with the prospective customer. The customer and myself will have an in depth conversation about the overall expectation(s), end result that the customer wants to achieve, etc. We will then provide a written quote with all the details included for the customer to review. If any changes need to be made, we will amend the quote accordingly but you will always have a descript quote of the project, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college education and have been operating heavy equipment for many years. Not only do I operate heavy machinery...I am able to repair all of them.
