- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on projected man hours to get a job completed and the availability of materials used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i make an appointment to meet onsite with the client. Then i get all the measurements and details of the project in mind and i usually take the information back to my office do all my calculations and email a quote within 48 hrs. If the job is very small i can doa verbal quote onsite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was born and raised in a masonry family in which my dad was a very skilled mason who ran a successfull masonry business in which i was a part of for many years . We performed commercial projects as well as new residential neighborhoods. I also work with insurance adjusters and real estate adjents'
