Clutter Fairies thoroughly brightened and organized my family member's apartment. We were thrilled! and we recommend them very highly. Step by step they organized items, washed laundry, cleaned carefully, with good cheer and hard work. The two of them were extremely helpful when I asked for containers - they measured and picked up charming affordable items such as a basket by the door to hold dog balls and leashes and a wood shoe rack in the hall closet, among others - each fit perfectly into the spaces and really help my family member to stay organized. They also helped with some decor items at my request. So thorough and helpful! The closets and clothing and kitchen - it was all amazing. Terrific job.

Clutter Fairies to the rescue!! My garage and Master closet was completely disorganized and overwhelming. Overall, even though the job got done, it was a somewhat of a stressful experience for me. Perhaps my expectations were too high after having previously hired a certified professional organizer (NAPO) some years ago who worked in phases and did not try to get everything done in one day. To be fair, I did have a garage full of items and it was good to have the help of more than one person with the decluttering and organization of the items. After all was said and done, the job cost me $1,000 for 10 hours of work with two workers. I thought that was a fair price for all that needed to be done; however, I expected more consistency in being consulted about my items, whether they were to be kept, go into trash, recycling, or set aside for donation. This was not always the case and when I suggested it, I was told by one of the workers, "If we ask you about everything, we won't get done today." I then felt like I was expecting too much at that point. Unfortunately, some items that I was not asked about and even some that I was consulted about were discarded in the trash without my knowledge. I did speak with the owner afterwards about my experience, so she is aware.
