They came out and replaced the hard drive in my computer. They arrived on time and moved all my data to my new hard drive. Very professional and provided a warranty.

I hired Asap yesterday May 11, they came out and set up a new router and cleaned up my pc. The technician that came out was named Michael. He was nice and knew what he was doing. My pc is operating much faster! They are building me another pc for my office, I will write back and leave a review on how they did.

My laptop has been giving me an issue for a few months. Running slow, pop up ad's etc. I called Asap and they sent a technician to my home that day. The tech was friendly and gave us some insight to what our issues we're. 1Hr later and my laptop was so much faster. Looks like my grand kids downloaded a bunch of viruses. Happy and satisfied. When my computer started giving me head aches i decided to go out and buy a new one. Well i didn't know this windows 8 was so hard to learn. I return the computer and decided to get my old one back out of the closet to see if it could be brought back to life. Asap tuned up my computer at my house while i watched. I was shown why my computer was acting the way it was and how to avoid it. My advice is windows 8 is difficult if your not familiar with how to use it. I enjoy my windows 7. Asap did a wonderful job
