Obviously, I stand out because I am a female DJ - and I"m from London, UK so my voice is very distinctive. I have over 15 years of mobile DJ'ing experience and prior to that I was a radio DJ. I LOVE to see people having fun and to be a part of any special event. I can be an interactive DJ if needed and have no trouble standing back if you are looking for just great music. I LOVE being a part of people's most special day and seeing families come together and have fun. There's nothing I don't like about it really. How can you not enjoy being a part of something where people are smiling, laughing, singing and having fun. It's very uplifting.

Kate was an amazing DJ! From the first time we met until the last song was played at the wedding, she was great! She was on time for the event and set up quickly. She was very flexible and made sure that we had the best experience. She had an awesome selection of music for all ages. Kate was the deejay for my daughter's bat mitzvah, and everyone had a great time. She played a good selection of songs and did a nice job of reading the crowd - what the kids wanted to dance to. She was also very easy to work with - entirely open to the list we gave her ahead of time and respectful of the fact that my daughter didn't want "games" on the dance floor. We would gladly use her again.

I do lots of Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, but I do a good share of weddings, reunions, holiday parties and school dances.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire a DJ - try not to focus too much on the type of equipment they have, does the personality of the DJ gel with you - what are you hoping that your guests will walk away thinking at the end of the night?
