Thank you for coming out so quick and fixing our problem for such a great price!! We are very thankful we had a second opinion since the previous handyman wanted $1250!!! Jared actually figured out the problem, fixed it and gave us peace of mind for the price of a house call! The other gentleman did not even climb on the roof!

We were happy with one of the repairs (master bedroom) at an affordable price but the other window he stuffed towels around the window frame..didn't hold the window up..it kept sliding down..stated that he would try to salvage parts for the track from another project but never got back to us to complete repair (although we paid in full) this was 2 yrs. ago!

Our experience with Big Monkey was very unprofessional. After just over a thousand dollars, the screens still have not been installed properly. Jared, the owner, walked away from the project without warning. Thankfully, an employee of his stayed to finished the project. We are waiting to hear from Stuart to have the screens tightened.
