Introduction: Our services include the following:
* Weight training -- Where we will work to strengthen your whole body (core, arms, legs, back, etc.)
* Speed training -- Where we will perform drills that will build your leg strength, work on your flexibility and stride motions
* Football training (skill positions) -- Agility drills, catching drills, footwork drills, and speed drills
* Basketball drills -- Shooting drills, dribbling drills, and shooting mechanics
* Eating plans -- Will focus on nutrition and healthy eating
