- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My communications skills and desire to help young racers learn how to speak, act and think better started the ball rolling. I expanded out from there.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Credentials are all well and good, but coaching is about chemistry and trust as much as ability and experience. I would avoid hiring just based on background and instead focus on hiring a person you feel comfortable with because a good coaching program will make you UN-comfortable so you can get outside your "box" and grow!
