Introduction: I began my journey with a small point and shoot camera over 10 years ago. After becoming a studio manager for Olan Mills I decided to pursue my personal adventure in photography by enrolling in the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's art program where I recently graduated with two degrees. My years working towards both a Bachelors of Arts in Art History and a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Photography have given me immeasurable experience and training not only in the studio but in the world of art.
Working as a commercial as well as a fine art photographer, I am able to see beyond the scope of the typical photoshoot and customize my abilities to help you achieve your ideal images. So, whether you are in need of some classic headshots or are in search for a memorable wedding photographer, let me capture your moments in time.

Christy Miller was well equipped to take beautiful photos of me for my senior year. Her positive attitude, instruction, and understanding of light and composition made for a great time and even better photos. -And getting coffee with her after all the work was an absolute treat. I received my photographs two days after they were taken.

Christy is always professional and is a gifted photographer. She has done excellent photography for events, special photo sessions, and at festivals and gatherings for us. Her work is excellent quality and she came up with original photos and posters far beyond what we expected. We plan to use her again soon for our next festival event.

My boyfriend and I needed graduation portraits done for our invitations, so we contacted Christy. She did an amazing job! Made us feel comfortable, she captured those natural smiles of ours (I'm a bit of a fake smiler when I am in front of the camera). She photographed us in a studio and also outside. We got a variety of poses to choose from, it made it so hard to decide which one to use for our invitation! I would totally recommend her to my friends if they are in need of a family portrait, business, newborn etc.
