Introduction: I look at my work as a solution to my client's problem. The most important step is listening - with out a clear understanding of what the client wants, it's difficult to fulfill their expectations, and if expectations are not met 100%, I haven't done my job. Interacting with people and the creative process. There's nothing like the tremendous sense of satisfaction and accomplishment I feel when looking at a completed piece and getting positive feedback from a client.
