Staci helped me organize travel for a group of 25 people to Italy for 8 days and she coordinated the entire trip flawlessly. Everyone was happy and they raved that the communication was excellent. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have any fees for booking travel or to discuss your travel plans. I will assist you with the coordination of your trip at no charge. I do offer extended travel planning coordination services that we can discuss. For example, if you know you would like to go to Europe, but do not know what type of trip you want, we can talk about it and decide if travel planning services are what you need or if you just need a little help thinking about it. There is no cost to talk to me about anything, I am happy to do it!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us what you are thinking and we will put together some options that align with your vision. We fine tune the trip together!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive background as a senior executive in business world that has prepared me for owning my own small business. My previous roles have essentially been problem-solving, which is how I approach the travel business. Every question you have is something I need to solve, and my job is to solve it to your satisfaction. It’s a much different approach than somebody who has never done anything other than travel. I am not a sales person. I am a problem solver!
