Staci was amazing in how she helped us initially and then even more as we needed to work through a change because of a mistake I made. I cannot thank her enough and recommend her highly if you are making a group trip.

Staci’s terrific. Responds quickly, has deep and knowledge about my destination, and offers helpful advice about air travel and lodgings in various venues. Don’t think twice about working with Staci!

Staci helped me organize travel for a group of 25 people to Italy for 8 days and she coordinated the entire trip flawlessly. Everyone was happy and they raved that the communication was excellent. Her knowledge and assistance with our itinerary really helped us all have a great trip and we got to see all the things that were on our list! She ensured we had proper travel time between cities and provided us the information on the sites we wanted to see, it was extremely helpful. We will use her again for future trips!

Staci booked an incredible 2 week vacation in Ireland and a 2 week vacation in Europe for us. We were able to see so many incredible sights. Her plan for us was detailed, the hotels were great. Both trips had zero problems. Were looking forward to booking our 3rd trip in Europe with her for 2024.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have any fees for booking travel or to discuss your travel plans. I will assist you with the coordination of your trip at no charge. I do offer extended travel planning coordination services that we can discuss. For example, if you know you would like to go to Europe, but do not know what type of trip you want, we can talk about it and decide if travel planning services are what you need or if you just need a little help thinking about it. There is no cost to talk to me about anything, I am happy to do it!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us what you are thinking and we will put together some options that align with your vision. We fine tune the trip together!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive background as a senior executive in business world that has prepared me for owning my own small business. My previous roles have essentially been problem-solving, which is how I approach the travel business. Every question you have is something I need to solve, and my job is to solve it to your satisfaction. It’s a much different approach than somebody who has never done anything other than travel. I am not a sales person. I am a problem solver!
