- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we do! We have annual meetings with out trade associations to help keep us up to date. We also have quarterly meetings and semi-annual meetings with some insurance companies to review their policies and procedures so that we are better able to communicate and work with your agent regarding your claim. We also provide CE to insurance agents in the community so that they can be kept up to date on the changing nature of our business.
