Dalton Smith came out and did such a great job at diagnosing my unit. Later to come to find out I had a cracked heat exchanger. He gave me a quote for a full system replacement and even waived the diagnostic charge. I would highly recommend him in the Charlotte area for any HVAC needs. He was also so respectful, kind, and professional especially within a timely manner so I don’t go without what I need HVAC wise!
