- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking for the up to date trends in fitness to keep my sessions fun for my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I gained a lot of weight and did not know how to properly loose it. I would eat once a day thinking that would help not knowing it would slow my metabolism down causing weight gain. I joined a gym, read fitness magazines to educate myself. Shortly after I decided to help others do the same.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Sports training, individual weight loss, and boot camps.
