Richard was very professional from start to finish. I appreciate that he was able to come on such short notice also it was very nice that he walked me through the steps and what needed to happen to ensure that my heat was working properly in my home I felt that the value that I was charged was adequate to what was accomplished and I appreciate him being straightforward with the cost. I definitely plan to use him in the future for duct cleaning as well as if I have any further issues with my HVAC unit.

Great experience with Robert from Comfort Theory!! He was very responsive and even came out the same day. My A/C wasn’t cooling and he took the time to isolate the problem and quickly addressed the issue. One capacitor later and I was back in business. He was super personable and very professional. If you want a guy with integrity and won’t try to up sell you items and services you don’t need, Robert is your guy. I was so impressed with him I went head and asked him to set me up on a service plan starting today. After he fixed my A/C he spent the next hour servicing, cleaning and tuning the outdoor unit and air handler in the attic. Great guy, great work ethic and very reasonable pricing. HVAC guys like this are hard to find. Book with confidence.
