FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While most of our work is Insurance Restoration from Hail, Wind and Water damage our pricing sometimes can seem complicated to a customer who is used to the typical Free Estimate contractor who bids against others at the lowest price usually leaving customers with the lowest quality so they can make the highest profit they can on the job. We have a very detailed breakdown of each individual item needing repair for Insurance claims at RTA (Real, True and Accurate) professional contractor market rates that we provide to your Insurance company so we can be sure that you are always going to receive the Highest quality no matter what. We do this because most insurance companies and adjusters tend to pay between 15 and 25% lower than a Professional Contractor would, not to mention excluding several items that should have been paid for and repaired by the claim completely excluded. This confuses customers because they are groomed by the many Insurance commercials that flood our TV sets everyday like " You're in Good Hands" or "NationW!#& is on your side" when that can sometimes be the furthest thing from the Truth. We provide this detailed breakdown and explain everything fully to our customers to educate them on how the Insurance Restoration process works and to help maximize their claim payout to install their job the right way using the best materials, another reason why calling Room 2 Roof is your best option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We discuss the customers needs and address concerns over the phone. 2. Schedule a property visit to inspect or assess the scope of work involved. 3. If it is Insurance work we sign an authorization to repair form with direction to pay allowing us to get to work on securing the property from further damages by initiating immediate repairs and then write up a proper scope of work so the insurance company can pay out the entirety of damages to the property. 2. If it's retail construction work we will provide a line item bid with detailed scope of work and assist property owner by securing low interest financing with one of or financial vendors if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All we do is Continuously receive Education from the Seminars we Attend, Classes and State certifications we complete and Products we learn about coming into the marketplace that we get certified for. There are not many contractors in this marketplace who are proactive about this or that have our knowledge of specialized training and real world experience.
