- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our goal is to make the process simple, clear, and stress-free. We start with a friendly introduction and a quick conversation to understand your needs and concerns. From there, we explain the best solution—whether that includes rekeying your locks, drilling off a damaged or stuck lock, or replacing and upgrading your hardware. We keep pricing transparent, communicate every step of the way, and follow up to make sure everything works exactly as it should, so you feel confident and secure from start to finish.
