Fat Yankee Handyman was not only a great contractor but a great person. Relaxed, funny and knowledgeable.
The communication between client and contractor was great, he cleaned up after himself and accepted multiple forms of payment...
I have a feeling there will be plenty of Projects to keep him busy for awhile.
