Jeremy helped fix a stubborn wall pop. Removed a section of carpet, drove screws and shims under the wall and put the carpet back. He cleaned up his work area well.

Jason, That stubborn wall pop didn’t stand much of a chance. 😄 Sometimes it takes a little carpet surgery, a few well-placed screws and shims, and a bit of patience to track those noises down. I’m glad we were able to quiet things down and get everything put back together cleanly.
If any other floors in the house start talking back, you know who to call!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can complete large projects in one day if neccessary, for a little extra fee.
I charge by the sq ft flat rates...
and do offer pricing at 100 per hour for repairs.
I am very good at estimating! very very good at estimating how long a job will take.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer has materials onsite, and tells me it's ready... 24-48hours later... i show up and stay till finished!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprentice for 2 years. partnership for 5 years. Independent 18 years career flooring installer.
