Charlie was very knowledgeable and had a great plan to help us keep our highly landscaped yard. He did a great job and went above and beyond what he said he would do. The estimate he gave was what he charged, even though he did do extra work. He promptly returned my phone calls and et me know ASAP if plans changed. And very importantly, he treated me as if I was his only client.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a love of the outdoors and it only seemed natural that I have a profession where I was able to enjoy it on a daily basis. Also I love to help clients and friends alike to enjoy there own outdoor space. To me there is nothing better than leaving a job knowing it looks better than it did when you started.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide the following services: -yearly and weekly lawn maintainance contracts -fertilization and weed prevention -plugging and sewing grass -mulch, pine needles, rock -landscape design and installation -landscape lighting -dry stack rock walls -shrub and tree pruning -pressure washing
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would like for my customers to know that I am the owner and operator of my bussiness and that I strive to not take on more work than I can do and to not make promisses I can not keep. I would rather keep a smaller customer base of regular clients than a whole lot of one time jobs that earn so many in this industry a bad name.
