- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our website details our pricing standards, however, typically we use these as a guideline to meet our customer's needs. Everything can be customized and tailored to the clients specific agenda and necessities. Please call if you have any questions, even the one you may thing is silly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
PROBX DJ provides unlimited consultation for any event once hired (deposit received). Planning and timeline assistance is only an email, text or phone call away. We allow changes throughout the planning process, many times right up until the day before the event. So don't worry if you have uncertainties about things. We work with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I know the wedding industry. And most events are very similar. I started working receptions over 25 years ago as a senior in high school at the local country club. I took those skills to college and beyond, having worked in catering, bar tending, décor, planning, flowers, and rentals. Now I am putting all my experience into being the best DJMC available. I LOVE MUSIC! And I know what flows. I have been involved, in some way, with over 300 weddings and countless other events over a 25 year span. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience with which to share and assist you. Timeline planning, coordinating event flow, and cooperation between vendors are all key to a successful event, and when it counts, the DJ is ultimately the link between everything; the binding agent.
