- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up to date with codes by having fantastic relationships with building inspectors, vendors and continued education. This industry changes fast and new materials and tools are making an appearance all the time. Being up to date on what you do for a living is a must, no different then an office environment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always loved building forts and tinkering with tools as a kid. When I got older, I had a chance to be a helper for an amazing Carpenter and mentor in the business, and after I got to get paid to work on big for( houses) I was hooked. I believe in what I do. I love what I do, and find its a passion and a profession.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Insurance is a must. -Background checks are essentials. Make sure you know whos on your property. - Be involved ( to a point) we get nervous if your on th the scaffolding with us.
