- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send one of our service professionals to your home to look at your appliance. He will diagnose the problem and tell you what is wrong with the machine. At that time he will provide you a quote for what it will cost to repair. If you proceed with the repair you will pay the quoted amount. You will know the price up front. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, then we charge a $105 diagnostic fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are enrolled in the Samurai / Appliantology training program, considered one of the best training platforms in the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a locally owned franchise. Mr Appliance has been in business over 25 years.
