Talk about a Disney experience, NOT!!! We reached out to get a quote and right away one of the owners came with a sales pitch and his helper. Within an hour or so he wrote up a contract, he also promised his company will provide the Disney expertise because it will go so smoothly and effortlessly. A month into the 9 week wait my husband called to see if things were running on time..we were told that we didnt approve the job??? When asked if they called, they lied and said YES, but left no messages or didnt text as they said they would or didnt email. So after four weeks into the project they didnt even place the order for the windows, for a while they didnt even bother answering our calls and when their office personnel did call back, she didnt know which end was up. Totally unprofessional, i honestly dont know how they stay in business if this is the way they conduct themselves. They ended up returning our check, they waisted our time probably used our money to finish another project, and now off they go selling the Disney experience to another poor unexpected customer. Being a business owner myself its sad to see businesses like this. I wouldnt recommend them at all.POOR /UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!

Thank you for the feedback. Your husband worked with our production team for 3 weeks trying to establish very specific window specifications. We were in full communication with your husband the entire time. After working with your husband and our manufacturer, it was deturmined that our manufacturer did not have the ability to meet his specificaitons. The deposit check was written and mailed back to you that day. We could not have been any more efficient or professional.

They did such a great job and were quick and efficient, they showed up on time, worked hard, and completed the projects quickly as scheduled.. Also, my yard is as clean as it was prior to the roof repairs. I would definitely recommend TRC to anyone looking to have their roof replaced. All agents were extremely diligent and professional. The team went over and beyond with being effective and efficient with glitches along the way, answering my questions and concerns, providing effective feedback and making me feel extremely comfortable with all agents. I had someone texting me with a timely update during the progression of the project (active pictures) providingprogressionof the project and newly found errors that needed attention. This was an excellent idea! I am loving the new roof provide by The Remodeling Company. I highly recommend TRC for roofing or general repair / construction needs. My home looks fabulous.
