FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Visit our website for packaging & pricing expectations. For events, we usually will base our fees on the size of the audience, previous business relationships, and the availability of providing additional networks and services. It is not customary to automatically discount our speaking fees, as we have to consider all of the expenses in relation to providing your client populations with the best live experience possible!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We conduct an initial phone consultation with the decision makers, if available to meet together. 2) Based on the specified needs of the potential clients, a schedule for our availability is then presented with notes on our topics, as well as an outline to how we work. 3) If our proposal is accepted, we will then negotiate any associated fees with a timeline as to when payment is due. This is contingent on the needs of both Live Your Dreams Everyday, LLC. and the affiliated parties. 4) If there is an opportunity to meet face-to-face, it will ideally be prior to negotiating the terms of the contract and fees at that time. 5) Payment to LYDE, LLC. is expected to be paid in full prior to the event's date.
