Matt and his team were very prompt and thorough in handling our crawlspace encapsulation. He found and addressed issues with some mold and damage to insulation from a prior rodent intrusion. The encapsulation will serve my family for years with healthy air and the overall cost beat several other bids for the same service & dehumidifier.

I have been worried about my crawl space for years and the possible health issues that could occur. I finally pulled the trigger and MK Crawlspaces came to the rescue.
Matt arrived and did a thorough inspection and confirmed the presence of mold, mildew and odors.
This space has now been professionally cleaned and eradicated of mold. Odors are gone! As are my worries of possible health issues. Thank you Matt !

Matt is professional and knows his stuff. I called Matt to inspect my crawlspace and Matt found black mold and a lot of my insulation invaded by pest. Matt walked me through the process of eliminating the mold and made sure it couldn’t grow back by installing a vapor barrier, dehumidifier and replaced my insulation. Very reasonable price. I definitely recommend!

Matt came out for an inspection of my crawlspace and let me know that I had a fair amount of mold growing on my floor joists and that it was because of the moisture that was being built up. When he came out to do the work, he took out the old insulation, sprayed the floor joists to kill the mold and prevent any more mold from growing, and he encapsulated the whole crawlspace and installed a dehumidifier. I can already tell the difference within my home. Matt was very knowledgeable and thorough. The crawlspace looks amazing. I highly recommend MK services to encapsulate your crawlspace.

Matt is absolutely incredible and I can’t say enough about him. He was very quick to respond to my initial request, came out to look at our punch list the very next day and was able to start working on our home the following week. My husband and I have never met such a hard working and knowledgeable home service repair professional. Matt did a PHENOMENAL job and I will highly recommend him to everyone!!!!
