- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After discussing the clients needs and scope of their project Locally Maid will send an estimate. The estimate reflects a standard cleaning and any add-on's expressed by the client with a proposed date of cleaning. Once cleaning is on the books Locally Maid will send a friendly reminder prior to the cleaning. Then a team of bonded, insured staff arrive when scheduled with the clients individualized cleaning plan in hand.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Once I became a mom of two wonderful children whom thrill me daily I made a life choice to spend more time with them. This led me to creating Locally Maid. Believing in personally raising my children in a holistic household while creating time to focus on family and a healthier atmosphere; Locally Maid was a natural transition.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be mindful that they are bonded & insured. As well as, having each employee successfully complete a comprehensive background check (CRA approved).
