- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Eventhough the work that I perform most days is dangerous my pricing is fair and reflects the quality of my work upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the customers thinks the problem is, then get on a ladder to go take pictures to show them if their assessment was correct or if there's another issue at hand.
